The Meals

  • Is the food fresh?

    Yes! We don't mass produce our meals only to dump them in the freezer. We prepare them only after receiving an order.

  • Can I order a meal without a certain ingredient?

    Unfortunately we don't have the option to make special orders yet. But please check out our Meals page for the recipes that have been developed with regards to the most common food allergies for dogs.

  • What ingredients do you use?

    All of our produce comes from local farmer's markets and the meat comes from labs specialized in growing organic meat. The reason we chose lab-grown meat is because we feel a bit strange about killing other animals in order to feed our companion animals. So this is the animal-friendly, environmentally friendly, and healthy compromise for everyone!

Shipping and Delivery

  • Do you use plastic packaging?

    No, all our meals are shipped in environmentally friendly packaging and are fully degradable. Plastic packaging is not only bad for the environment, but it's unhealthy for your pup as well!

  • How long before my meals arrive?

    We need about 2 days to process your order, and depending on your zip code the shipping of the meals takes between 1-2 days.

  • Can I specify the time-frame that I would like the meals delivered at?

    Yes! The majority of our customers are busy people with full-time jobs, so we understand that it's important to be able to choose a time-frame. That's why when you check out you can select the hour that you would like us to deliver.

  • I want to cancel my membership.

    That's totally possible! Just send us a message via our contact form and we will cancel it right away!

  • I forgot my password, where can I reset it?

    Just send us a message via our contact form and we will send you a new password.

  • Can I get a refund if my dog doesn't like the food?

    Of course! We are so confident in the taste and benefits of our meals that we are willing to refund any unsatisfied customer within the first week. Just send us a message and we will get it sorted.
